Interessen und Inhalte:
Seine aktuellen Forschungsschwerpunkte sind visuelle Aufmerksamkeit und Analyse von Augenbewegungen. In seiner Forschung setzt er sich mit Methoden aus der Psychophysik und Mensch-Computer-Interaktion Bereichen auseinander. Die Ergebnisse können für das Design und die Implementierung von Schnittstellen eingesetzt werden (z.B. Gaze-controlled, Attention-aware und Brain-Computer Interfaces). Er interessiert sich für experimentelle Mensch-Computer-Interaktion, maschinelles Lernen, Music Information Retrieval und Klangsynthese.
